Demeure Saint Louis

Marianne and Stéphane are, since April 2021, the new and happy owners of the Demeure Saint Louis in Carcassonne. The quality of your stay is our priority. This is why we are making some improvements to the house, to allow you to better enjoy your private spaces, but also the lounges, piano bar, garden, ... On site, you will now have the opportunity to eat, from a simple aperitif board, to a "bistronomic" meal, with of course all kinds of drinks offered at the bar. To be enjoyed as you wish, in the lounge bar, in the dining room, or outside, at the table or installed in our garden lounges. From July 2021, you will be able to enjoy a large Saharan tent in the garden, to relax or have your meals, then from spring 2022 (we will tackle the work this winter) a heated swimming pool, with spa area and submerged beach will have took place in the garden. To allow you longer stays, from the end of this year, we are transforming the accommodation into guest apartments, in order to bring you the choice between the services of the house, or autonomy, since each accommodation will have its own cooked. The apartments, from 2 to 6 people, will be from 50 to 175 m2, with bedroom (s), living room bathrooms, and equipped kitchen. La Demeure Saint Louis is now a charming guest house in the Aude, in the heart of Carcassonne. almost all of the spacious and luxury rooms offer a view of the medieval city, which is only a 10-minute walk away. La Bastide, the old town center is also a 10-minute walk away, via the old pedestrian bridge. Mansion, completely renovated, it retains all the attributes of the old (parquet floors, moldings, woodwork, large windows, ...), associated with the best of modern comfort. Reversible air conditioning, VMC, instant hot water, water treatment and water saver, detectors and timers for light, professional WiFi, flat screen TV, ChromCast to broadcast your smartphone applications on the TV in your room, large Quenn-size beds, ...
