I would be pleased to welcome you in my charming little apartment under the roofs of Paris to taste a generous and interesting selection of cheeses and cooked meats, served with good wines. All the products are chosen in order to show you the specialities of the different French areas. You will be proposed some traditional mixes of tastes and also some others, less known. I will explain you the history and the know-how about the products you will be eating, so you will also be able to serve your relatives a great French cheese and cooked meats plate, with full background knowledge. Finally, and if you want to, we will test what you would have learned with a blind test and a quiz. A bientot !
