Once reaching the top, call me and I'll cook it for you." Your host and distant friend, Jean Chez Jean showcases well-known, hearty, tasty dishes from the Savoie region. But not only that, as amongst the traditional dishes such as the platter of charcuterie and local cheese, Savoie fondue and croque-monsieur with truffles there are more exotic options such as spring rolls with Reblochon cheese and a mouth-watering tuna tartare with Nikkei sauce*.
