Cascarot is an old hotel, 1848 situated on the banks of the River Saone in the charming village of Lechatelet just 30 minutes from Beaune, Dijon, Nuits St. Georges and many other wonderful places to visit in Burgundy. Cascarot has been completely renovated and is now run by Australian Elizabeth Pye who loves nothing more than welcoming guests from around the world. Restaurant available.
