“SAJ” is a specialty crêperie serving delicious variations of authentic Levantine flat bread in a crêperie/café style with a convenient grab-and-go healthy vegetarian and vegan meals. Using artisanal Mediterranean recipes, “SAJ” embodies and promotes the Mediterranean culture and traditions in producing all natural foods using methods passed down through many generations. Our signature artisanal crêpes are thin flat bread filled with a variety of different recipes from the Mediterranean basin. We use historical and traditional, authentic, organic blends and home mix inspired recipes from various Mediterranean regions for our advanced, elaborate critical palette.
