Boval Cottage is situated down a small country lane in a tiny hamlet of four properties. It is set in open farmland to the front with enclosed secluded rear garden full of trees and wildlife and only 1.2 miles from Jugon les Lacs village and a seven-minute walk to the lake. Ideally situated for fishing, cycling and rambling. We are fortunate that we are only 45 minutes from St. Malo Ferry Port, 20 minutes from Dinard Airport, 50 minutues from Rennes Airport and three hours from LeHavre Ferry Port.
