In a special atmosphere, right in the heart of St Germain des Pres, come and enjoy our natural wines and quality food: with a taste of (1950s) Sicily, an evening at Etna will help you relax and feel at home in Paris. Natural wine is produced following 3,000-year-old methods and is free of chemical additives, revealing the purest expression both of the fruit and its terroir. With the patience and know-how of the wine grower, natural vinification releases rich and unique aromas which take their source in the individual character of the soil. Sommelier David Rougier will share his passion for wine with you, introducing you to some of his favourites from a wide and flavour-filled selection (by the glass, from 5 euros; bottles, from 20 euros, to enjoy on the premises or take away). A selection of tasty foods (from 5 euros) makes a perfect and exciting match with the natural wines. Both savoury and sweet, using seasonal ingredients, delicious choices are available as nibbles, appetizers, or for a meal. And why not try our selection of fine chocolates? The combination of chocolate with the bubbles of our champagne and the deep flavours of our natural wines offers moments of pure magic: the feminine touch, the French touch, that's Etna too! Whether you want to celebrate with friends, meet clients in an original setting, surprise your colleagues with an unforgettable evening, or just because you feel like a party, you can make Etna all yours! Our sommelier will compose for your guests a selection of wines and dishes to satisfy a whim or simply your curiosity. Etna is opening on 15th December!
