THE CONCEPT The first head handles of French cuisine for lunch. The second West Indian cuisine in the evening and weekends. Lunch is a cuisine made with fresh products. 3 dishes of the day including 1 vegetarian are available to meet the regular clientele. The evening is dedicated to Caribbean cuisine with the main concept pierrade (cooking on stone by the client). There is a flat for the week.
