Aquatic Center L'Aquablue

The aquablue is an aquatic centre offering aerobics, aqua-bike, teaching swimming, aquaphobia, of babies swimmers, of aqua-maternity, aquatic relaxation, and special events (birthdays, holidays...) This place is dedicated to the sharing of knowledge related to this element magical and fascinating of water, able to carry us, to relax, sculpt us. But water can also be very dangerous if we do not control the 5 basic elements: breathing, balance, immersions, waterline, travel. We are all human beings aquatic at the base, since in the womb of our mother we operate in a liquid medium. Except that with terrestrial life, we forget sometimes how much water we is of course beneficial. Some even develop fears, or phobias, with respect to water. Because of bad experiences: falls, accidental or not, a third fine which pushes you to the water without any form of trial, the friends that you have sunk a little too long, etc... That is why, we promote the fun methods and soft, regardless of the age of our students.
