Hostel Matkailumaja Rukatupa

Hostel ”RukaTupa” is located on Highway 5 in Ruka, near to the center of Ruka - Village, only a 15 minute walk away. The distance to the nearest Talvijärvi ski lift is 500 meters. The wide ski track network of the area can be accessed directly from our yard. There is a ”SkiBus” stop in front of the guesthouse. In addition to Ruka Village the shuttle bus takes you to ”Ski Bistro”, ”Kuusamon Tropiikki” Tropical Spa, and Kuusamo town centre (26 km). Thanks to the excellent location of our hostel you can either enjoy the peace of nature or use the many available recreational services of Ruka area. At Hostel ”RukaTupa” you can choose to stay either in the rooms of the main building or in log cabins located on and around the premises. We also rent more fully equipped cottages and apartments located outside the hostel area. You`re welcome to stay with us starting from 1 night up to several weeks, the length of your stay we`ll leave up to you. The main building also has a sauna area.
