From Helsingin Melontakeskus you can rent kayaks, canoes and stand-up paddleboards.
From the same place you can also find clubs that in the summer time organize kayaking/paddling training. In the winter time those clubs swim in the frozen sea and it is possible to rent a sauna or two for your group to have that same experience.
