Guesthouse Lokinlaulu

We are a young Finnish family running this cozy homestay with five guestrooms and a shared bathroom. We are easily approachable, friendly, outgoing and sociable. We've travelled a lot ourselves and even lived abroad. We love meeting new people from different cultures. This guesthouse is a very laid-back, casual hostel-type accommodation with affordable pricing and interesting features such as outdoor sauna, barbecue area, huge balcony, a porch, big garden, a dog, cats... We would like to point out that pets are allowed, meaning that this unfortunately isn't the best choice for people with severe animal allergies. The 4/5 guest rooms and the bathroom are situated upstairs so we are sad to say that we are not wheelchair accessible. Our top priority is to offer a good night's sleep to our guests so we focus on having great beds with thick mattresses and high-quality bed linen which is washed with perfume-free laundry detergent and then dried outside in the fresh air, then mangled or ironed - you'll feel like you are sleeping in your grandma's house. Many guests report having slept incredibly well here, in our dim rooms in this quiet neighborhood.
