Tablao Flamenco Cardamomo opened in 1994 in the heart of Madrid, close to the Puerta del Sol and the Spanish Congress. Cardamomo offers a dance and dining experience, where visitors can dine or have a drink while enjoying an emotionally-charged and passionate dance show. The menu features typical dishes from all around Spain and Cardamomo carefully selects natural ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives. Specialities: Andalusian Gazpacho; fillet steak with 3 style cooked potatoes; spanish potato omelette or duck confit with homemade mashed potato; and board of acorn-fed Iberian cured ham.
