We are a totally artisan pizzeria, where our pizzaioli made pizza dough by hand daily with fresh ingredients and top quality.Our kitchen has a Mediterranean influence, but not entirely, since we also use products from other countries to find the best possible flavor in each of our plates.Our pizzaioli are in charge of the kitchen of the pizzeria, technique and passion that made the pizzas has led to its being a reference pizzeria quality pizza in Alcala de Henares.Our pasta is made on a homemade Italian recipes tradicionales.
