He has worked at top restaurants for over 10 years, including El Celler de Can Roca, the Fàbrica Moritz, Hotel Bagués and Alkimia restaurant. Along with Albert Moreno, the maître d', they are embarking on a new adventure, with the challenge of offering their customers high-quality and delicious lunches at incredibly competitive prices. Located in a peaceful and charming passageway that runs along the side of the Concepció Market, Sopa de Pedres is the perfect site for enjoying a bit of calm while savouring their creative and eye-catching dishes. The restaurant is also open on Saturdays, for appetisers or traditional breakfasts, along with a sampling of signature tapas that pair perfectly with a vermouth, artisan beer or a glass of wine.
