Traditional and authentic Sichuan (Szechuan) hotpot. Freshest local produce combined with specially imported herbs and spices from Sichuan go into creating the soup bases which are simmered over 14 hours. Family run business and to date the only known Sichuan restaurant in Spain run by Sichuan people. After only being open for a little over a year, listed number 1 Chinese restaurant in Madrid (in 2016) by Spain's highest circulating daily newspaper, El Pais, for authenticity of flavor and the flexibility for diners to have spicy and non-spicy soup base.
