Van Dulken Calleja brothers (where the name Van-du-ca comes from), whose origins in Malaga and previous gastronomic endeavors allow them to represent the Mediterranean flavor a promising initiative. Clear spaces, a seductive bar for the afterwork, high tables, a pleasant terrace and a dining room shape the youthful decoration conceived by Sofia Calleja Studio. In rations and half portions, chef Sergio Pérez proposes plates as: tuna tartar, carpaccio, well-seasoned red meat, stewed peppers or the salad with bonito belly , Prawns in tempura, a tartar or grandmother's meatballs, preceded with a good salmorejo. To end homemade desserts such as carrot cake, tipical spanish TORRIJA or a varied tasting.
