A family-owned Mediterranean restaurant, normally captained by Jose Perez and his mother Trini Más in the kitchen of Mal Pas, which they had previously created together with Paco Pérez. Healthy food, with reasonable prices and incomparable quality. Due to its own company philosophy and vision, it is not suitable for imitators.
