Doña Lola leaves us the legacy of a life between stoves, dishes cooked in the heat of wood, a kitchen based on intuition, the hearth and the character of our land. This gastronomy full of love and sacrifice arrives intact until today, right at the Restaurant where I want to pay tribute to my grandmother, so that after half a century you also find joy and good humor in the taste of her recipes.
