Lato - Born

"Lato's youngest sibling. First and only Andean fusion brunch in Barcelona (or the world??!!). Serving yummy breakfast since 2020, now in the Born neighborhood too! We fuse typical brunch dishes with flavors of Latin American, and Ecuadorean cuisine. Our breakfast, brunch and ceviches are all home-prepared with quality ingredients. Our goal is to make Ecuadorean flavors known to the world. And while we do it we are pet friendly. We serve eggs benedict, pancakes, specialty coffee, cebiches (or ceviche, we serve it whichever way you like to spell it really...), seafood, avotoast, toast, fruit juices, lemonade and much more.
