Namaste! I am a certified sound healer, a yoga teacher and a pre-natal yoga teacher based in Barcelona . Welcome to a sound healing session as an individual or a group. You can order a private yoga class to yourself / your group too. Online classes also available. My classes are a holistic combination of Hatha, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow Pranayama and some Sound Healing is included too. Pre-natal YOGA available too for pregnant women. I do Mother's Blessing Seremonies for pregnant Mothers. I take care of all the arrangements and rituals in the seremony so that the Mother can relax and enjoy the blessings with her loved ones.
