Bilbao Berria in The Catedral is one of the greatest exponents of Basque pintxo in Catalonia for its creations and great variety. BB The Cathedral is not only pintxos, but it is also a menu, with fish from Vizcaya fish markets and meat brought from Sondica, made with care in the charcoal embers.
