We are a young, dynamic and multidisciplinary team that grows every day thanks to the experience provided by our elders and the day by day that we acquired through the relation with our guests. With the romantic idea of restoring an emblematic 19th century building in the city of Alicante, we created a group of holiday apartments in a magnificent location right in the center of the city of Alicante. These are San Agustín Tito Apartments, a building that has 6 apartments with a unique design and a wonderful and comfortable location to enjoy every part of the city on foot. After renovating the first building (San Agustín), we decided to restore other beautiful 19thcentury building (San Nicolás), also located in the heart of the city of Alicante, behind the Basilica of Saint Nicholas. Just like San Agustín, this building offers holiday apartments. In this case it is about 8 wonderful apartments with outstanding views.
