It is 38 m² in size and has a balcony. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and crockery, an iron and an ironing board. The front room has a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. There is also cable TV and a free Internet connection.
