Pikk 49 Residence is located in the heart of the Old Town. It is surrounded by all the most famous sightseeing of Tallinn. Raekoja Plats and Tallinn’s City Hall with all its medieval surroundings and gothic elegance is just few steps away from the Residence. All pubs, bars and the most known restaurants of the town are located just around the corner. This convenient locality gives our guests a unique opportunity to spend their vacation in Tallinn without any unnecessary distractions or additional confusion related to moving across the town. The apartments are equipped with everything you may need on short or long term holidays. Most of the apartments have one separate bedroom and spacious living room combined with kitchen area which includes stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, dining table, and all the necessary utensils including electric kettle and coffee press. There is one bathroom equipped with bath, sink, mirror, toilet, washing machine, towels and a hairdryer; and one separate additional toilet. The wardrobe is available in every apartment as long as an iron and an ironing board. Living rooms contain a TV, one or two sofa beds and a tea table. Extra beds and child's crib may be available on request for an additional charge. We are non smoking and pet friendly.
