Dereku Burger is a synonym to old school burgers that are local, natural, fresh and flame grilled the way YOU want it! Let us know how we can do it better for you! The meat is from free range local farms with non-GMO animals eating REAL wild food, meat cuts are selected with a local butcher in person and we ground on-site, after what the meat is hand mixed in our kitchen with our own custom spice mixes We make ALL of our own sauces - no artificial ingredients, no fake coloring, no plastic packaging. Our veggies (red onions, tomatos, lettuce, pickles) come from our network of local farmers when in season. Our pickles - which we are so proud of - are marinaded by locals with traditional, home style recipes. We created and designed our own buns which are baked by a local baker.
