Super sweet cocktail bar with great atmosphere and cool disco vibes in the hip Telliskivi area. Balta is a social bar with cute little twists. Owners Angelika & Mihkel have created nice cocktails and named them after cool characters or influencers from 90´s like Jessica Fletcher, David Hasselhoff . Place has a retro touch interior which also describes the owners who are deeply in love with recycling and vintage design. Almost every evening you can find DJ behind the decks.
