Via Nova II

Originally, Italian cuisine is unpretentious: the crops of garden, field, forest and sea are the basic ingredients. Sun-ripened vegetables and fruits, mushrooms, wild boar, rabbits and freshly caught fish and seafood. Different cheese is produced from milk of sheep, goat and cow. Meat traditionally is served at special occasions. Today these fresh ingredients are still used to make delicious Italian specialities: crispy pizza, pasta al dente, crunchy vegetables, fresh fish and juicy grilled meat – completed with highly aromatic olive oil and fine herbs.
