Fritz Mitte Schlossgasse

In a central location in Jena, next to the main university building, Fritz Mitte is now establishing its fourth location in Thuringia. The lifestyle gastronomy with cult character is expanding its range here to include "fine food". The new restaurant in the former counter hall for foreign currency of the state bank is based on the idea of a lively hotel lobby, in which the culinary needs of the different times of the day are served, almost around the clock. The eclectic interior style is intended to create a new "home away from home" location with a living room atmosphere, where open-minded people can meet to enjoy comfy food and excellent drinks. The newly installed steel gallery shows its construction openly in a restrained contemporary style and, thanks to its three-dimensional depth in the high, loft-like guest room, creates a special retreat for all those who like to "keep an eye on things" and yet appreciate a particularly intimate dining atmosphere.
