Fresh marinated, or massed Kale, with lukewarm Hokkaido pumpkin and then Steak Frites with decent fries, homemade ketchup and mayo and a secret recipe of the famous Cafe de Paris butter, which is what we call Chapeau butter. It has 26 ingredients and is liquid as is brought to the table in Paris.
