At BRIKZ, owner and chef Arne Anker and his team serve modern gourmet cuisine using seasonal and regional products. The skilful use of refreshing acidity and rare herbs is particularly character-forming. On the menu, his kitchen philosophy presents itself as a menu in five to seven courses, either with fish and meat or vegan, as well as a small à la carte menu. To accompany the dishes, the sommelière's service team pours selected wines and, with pleasure, non-alcoholic homemade drinks.
