The neo-baroque Villa Bleichröder is a historic boutique hotel with pool, sauna and 11 rooms on the island of Usedom. The listed villa in the spa architecture style was built in 1908 and is one of the most representative buildings on the Heringsdorf Promenade, directly on the Baltic Sea beach of Usedom. A historical jewel in transformation - tranquility, nature and aesthetics in the middle of a 9000m2 park-like garden. From September to May, the villa can be rented exclusively for retreats, team workations, family celebrations or events.
