More than just a brewery. An experience. Stortebeker Braumanufaktur was established in 1827. Since that time, beers of the highest quality have been brewed in our brewery located in the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. Today our brewery stands for German identity, excellent specialty brews and a unique brewing culture. As a small and independent company we have always felt that we have more in common with the craft of brewing than with the brewing industry. Thanks to short distances and great fl exibility we are able to do things that are impossible for other: experiment and test to our heart‘s content until we are satisfi ed with the recipe for a new specialty brew.
