Tradition meets modernity. Our chef has traveled the world: Madrid, China and Uganda are just a few of his stops. Inspired by his travels, you can expect flavors from all over the world - sometimes interpreted in a modern way, sometimes prepared with almost forgotten and time-honored methods. But above all, we always want to use the product whole and give you surprising taste experiences. In the summer months we cook live for you from 5 pm on Fridays to Sundays in our outdoor kitchen on the sun terrace.
