This will make your steak tender, juicy and aromatic. Our local organic farmer places accents on our menu with his steers, which can be at least 6 years old. The appetizers and desserts come by nostalgic belly shop directly to your table. The ambience of the ox farmer is reminiscent of the agricultural past of the building.
