Eiscafé Claudio was inaugurated in May 1993 and since then has been producing Italian artisan ice-cream, continuing the family tradition. Over the time, there has been a continuous improvement of the recipes, the assortment of ice creams and the structures have been expanded. The main factors of this change can be identified in the great creativity and imagination. We use innovative technologies in order to pasteurize, treat and finally keep the product always at very low temperatures. This procedure guarantees the microbiological safety of our ice cream. Every day, the ice cream is produced in a genuine way directly by the owner Claudio, following his own traditional recipe. It consists exclusively of ingredients such as milk, cream, sugar, egg yolk and fruit. The final result provides a fresh milk content of around 70%.
