Everything we do here we do with a lot of passion for coffee in all its varying of specific flavors and aromas like it is found in Third wave coffee- Light aromatic roasts of highest quality and in a incredibly huge variety! Owner - lead cosy café with focus on selected highest quality coffees from special roasters to enjoy at the cafe or as beans to enjoy at home We freshly prepare healthy vegetarian / vegan food such as Wraps with Avocado or Falafel, Salad and Soups during colder weather periods and variety of delicious homemade cakes!

Shop includes self made fermented cashew cheeses, granola, Nutaca (roasted hazelnut spread), kombucha, kefir. Almost all products are made in-house, gluten and sugar free. Everything is available for take away. Offering Caterings, workshops and dinner events as well. Bio-Bowl-Bistro, Café und Lädchen. Serviert werden verschiedene herzhafte Bowls, mit z. B. Kimchi, Tempeh, Karottenlax, Cashew-Vrischkäse sowie Snacks, Smoothies, Smoothie-Bowls, Kuchen (roh und gf erhältlich), Espresso-Getränke, verschiedene Lattes (Chai, Rote Beete, Kurkuma), heiße Schokolade, Tee. Im Lädchen gibt es selbst hergestellten fermentierten Cashew-Käse, Müsli, Nutaca (gerösteter Haselnussaufstrich), Kombucha, Kefir. Fast alle Produkte sind hausgemacht, gluten- und zuckerfrei. Alles ist auch zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Wir bieten auch Caterings, Workshops und Dinner-Events an.
