2011 opened under the name Tarterie St.Pauli, the small bistro developed with their alsace cuisine fast to one of the hotspots of the harbour city. Over the years, chef and owner Fabio Haebel refines his cuisine steady and used his rooms in the Paul-Roosen-Str. 31 next to the the old cinema where the beatles slept as kind of a test laboratory.
