Since almost 500 years ago, our hotel / restaurant is situated in the historic center of Harburg in Schwaben / Bavaria - is well-known for its outstanding hospitality and delicious dishes. Our hotel and restaurant is located straight next to the Wörnitz and its historic stone bridge. You can taste our traditional Swabian or "modern" dishes in a historic and pleasant ambience at the restaurant. Or you can spend some time at the beer garden and enjoy the weather and the natural scenery around the river. Don't forget to take a look at our hotel which is a perfect starting-point for journeys and round-trips in the surroundings of Harburg. Last but not least we recommend to rent one of our canoes which is for hotel guest free and spend some time on the river - or maybe you prefer fishing right next to the house? We have the appropriate room for all of our guests - whether they are travelers, business travelers or mechanics! Perfect for mechanics and early birds: our breakfast buffet opens at 6.30 am. if requested also from 6.00 am. until 10.00 am. The hotel has 10 rooms: four single rooms, four double / twin rooms, one three- bed room and one four-bed / family room (for a total of 16 guests). We can offer two categories: Standard and Flair - highest standard thanks to modern equipment. Every room has its own bathroom with douche / WC and is equipped with a TV and Internet access per wireless LAN for free. A special ambience is guaranteed thanks to the fantastic view on the river, or the castle respectively. Breakfast is included. The city of Harburg is located between Nördlingen and Donauwörth on Bavaria's Romantic Road. The townscape of Harburg is dominated both by the medieval castle which was built in the 11th / 12th century and is seated on a rock above the town - and by the river Wörnitz that flows alongside the town and is crossed by a historic stone bridge built in the 17th century. Harburg is a popular destination among travelers not only along the Romantic Road, but also along the Bavarian part of the St. James Way or along the Franconian Way - whether they travel by foot, by bike or by car / motorbike.
