Welcome to Café Nika! On 08 May 2019, we opened the door to our family-run café in the heart of Bamberg. We have developed our own recipes and rely on regional ingredients, the absence of preservatives, and flavor enhancers. We also maintain this focus with our coffee. Whether you fancy our home-decorated donuts or our self-created savory waffles or sandwiches; we surely have the right thing for you. We combine all of this with sustainability. That's why we completely do without plastic packaging for our to-go packaging material. Since May 2022 we have expanded our café and opened a bar directly next door where we celebrate the same principles. Our self-created cocktails and amazing atmosphere are perfect to enjoy the night. The most important thing for us is and remains the family atmosphere in our café and bar. Whether on the roof terrace in a quiet idyll in the middle of the center or our cozy interior.
