Open since May 2018 on the 8th floor, the Nikkei Sushi Restaurant offers the ideal setting for a romantic dinner for two or for a family or business dinner. The room, which has been glazed into three sides and has floor-to-ceiling windows, literally puts "one on top" in the view. In addition to classic sushi dishes, the menu features a variety of NIKKEI sushi and other Peruvian dishes such as ceviches and tiraditos. Matching the variety of food choices, there is a small but fine wine selection and for both aperitifs and digestifs, the entire cocktail list of the cocktail bar on the 7th floor is also available at the Nikkei Sushi Restaurant.
