Open since May 2018 on the 8th floor, the Nikkei Sushi Restaurant offers the ideal setting for a romantic dinner for two or for a family or business dinner. The room, which has been glazed into three sides and has floor-to-ceiling windows, literally puts "one on top" in the view. In addition to classic sushi dishes, the menu features a variety of NIKKEI sushi and other Peruvian dishes such as ceviches and tiraditos.
