You would like to do without gym or club sports during this time try a super sport and leisure alternative? Or have you bought a SUP board, would like to get on the water straight away, but you are unsure how everything works and would like to have a proper technique right from the start so that there are no mistakes? In 2.5 hours we will make you fit for your own tours with a lot of fun and nature experience. Everyone can conquer the water at their own level, sporty or chilled.
