Welcome to Berlin's first Ashtanga Shala, opened in 2004. We teach traditional Ashtanga Mysore Style Yoga for more than 20 years. If you are a short term visitor you need to have "Mysore Style" experience to practice with us. Otherwise look forward for a paradigm shift that will take you straight to the roots of yoga. The individual teaching paradigm (Mysore Style) allows you to become a true and independent Yoga practitioner. It differs fundamentally from what is called Yoga in the West today. No more imitation.
