We prepare traditional Czech cuisine in modern way. Local, fresh and seasonal ingredients included, useless kitchen chemistry excluded. Our suppliers are preferably local farmers. We are able to prepare traditional Czech meals for people with food alergies – have you tried our gluten-free version of Svíčková (beef in sour cream with dumplings)? Creating seasonal menus makes us happy, we invite cooking guests from friendly restaurants and we promote slow food as a part of modern lifestyle with a variety of cooking and baking courses. We tap local beer and serve Moravian wines.
