In the new Hybernská restaurant in the centre of Prague you will find a genuine Czech cuisine, a high-quality and quickly served lunch menu with a large selection, a perfectly treated tank pilsner and dozens of other beers. The quality of our restaurant is based on always fresh ingredients, careful selection of proven domestic suppliers and our own production of dumplings, potato fries, mayonnaise, baguettes and desserts. Our emphasis is on carefully treated draught beers, and in addition to pilsner, we have Belgian Kasteel Rouge and our own lager, Hybernská jedenáctka, on tap.
