La Bottega Bistroteka is a modern Italian bistro in the heart of Prague, on the busy Dlouhá Street. Chef Riccardo Lucque opened it with Ondřej Rákosník in 2014, and it has settled nicely into the neighborhood. It is an ideal place for a long, relaxing breakfast, or a quick lunch chosen from the daily specials prepared by chef Martin Dvořák and his team. Afternoons are perfect for a visit to enjoy a traditional Italian aperitivo, consisting of a plate of Italian delicacies and wine. You can also enjoy a great evening with friends, with a menu featuring fresh fish and seafood, aged meats, and a variety of selections from the à la carte menu.
