Opening in May 2015, Property Ananas is the biggest property in Prague 1 – New Town, offering over 200 beds in shared rooms with the generous spaces of the historical Palac Koruna (Crown Palace). There is no way you could be more in the centre! Property Ananas stands in the lower part of Wenceslas Square, making it only 3 minutes walk to the Old Astronomical clock one of the symbols of Prague and the Old Town Square. Not to mention that you will be staying directly on Wenceslas Square one of the most important squares of Czech Republic, where many revolutions and happenings took place. Everything you need is within a short walk distance, let it be the underground station, tram station, supermarket, exchange office, post office, restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, theatres, shops… name it and you will find it very near! What is more, the Easter and Christmas markets take place right in front of the Property every year. Property Ananas in the newly reconstructed palace offers the travellers the 10-bed, 8-bed, 6-bed and 4-bed dorms with shared bathrooms, and also Twin Rooms with shared bathrooms.
