Wirtshaus Taube

At the Wirtshaus Taube, the concept of "going back to the roots" is lived. Thus, in 1998, the decision was made to rename the restaurant Walliser Kanne back to its original name, Taube. In 1772, traditional Swiss dishes were already prepared here under this name. And with the new old name, the concept also came back. Today, the kitchen team prepares old traditional original dishes in a modern way. The joy of cooking from the last 100 years can be felt here. With our rustic Swiss specialities, we make our contribution to Lucerne's down-to-earth gastronomy. We love and cultivate local food like in grandmother's time
