Im Zermattbalance Yoga&Pilates Studio inmitten des Dorfes von Zermatt, bietet folgende reguläre Kurse an: Pilates Matte, Slings Myofasziales Training, Pilates Allegro Reformer, Chairs Split Pedals, TRX Training, Yoga Flow, Schwangerschaft & Bewegung, Rückbildungen Beckenboden und Total Body Workout. Die Kurse können in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre erlebt werden, um körperliches und seelisches Wohlbefinden zu optimieren. Einen Einstieg ist jederzeit für sämtliche Klassen möglich.
